When we won…..Home of the Year

Bailey Homes had success at the 2013 Housing Industry Association’s Awards night. We were awarded with a total of 5 awards, one being the main award of the night “Home of the Year”. Other awards included “Custom Built Home of the Year”, “Custom Built Home – $1 million – $2.5 million”, “Country Builder”, “Housing Using Sheet or Board Materials”. All awards won were for a stunning custom home we built for our client’s, located at Maslin Beach.

Housing Industry Association’s executive director Robert Harding said “Bailey Homes’ custom design, which won several categories, including Custom Built, was a worthy winner of the main award. It was judged Home of the Year because of its unique design, quality of workmanship in all aspects of the construction and a good utilisation of sustainability.”

We were awarded with two awards, one being a win in the Contract Home $1 million – $1.5 million category for a gorgeous home we built for our clients at Maslin Beach. We also received a commendation in the Renovation or Addition $200,000 – $400,000 category for the renovations we recently completed in our office.
