Bailey Homes are well known in the Fleurieu Peninsula for building good quality new homes; however what some people do not know is that we also do extensions, renovations and commercial work.

EXTENSIONS & RENOVATIONS

As seen in the photos below we added 78 square metres to an existing home in Victor Harbor. The renovation/extension included a new family room, master bedroom with ensuite and walk in robe, dining room, toilet and laundry.

The owner’s were thrilled with the transformation as stated in a letter they wrote to our office.

We have done work for several local businesses including classrooms for some local schools, renovations on a local church, additions to retail businesses and council buildings. As seen in the photos below we added an entire second storey to a retail business off the main street of Victor Harbor.
